Hukurou Kaburagi サキュラプに収録された原曲はゲームプレイ時間はもとよりサントラ単独として鑑賞する時間も馴染みも愛着も相当なものだった筈なのですが、このリミックスアルバムはそれを更に超えて満足させてくれました。
曲のイメージはそのままに、音作りが更に丁寧に、音場が更に広く深くなった様でとても嬉しいです。
又、中でも最も好きな『Showdown』『Rarmil Battle』２曲の主旋律のピアノ演奏の抑揚が原曲よりも更に美しく感情豊かに精錬されていた事に感激です。
又、『Showdown』が最も好きな理由は、2回目のサビで増やされた繰り返し部分で、ベースが消失し、ハイハットやドラム音が霞み、逆に主旋律のピアノとストリングスが情熱マシマシで際立つ、この心臓を締め付けられるかの様に切なく甘い演奏効果です。音楽ってこんなに心地良く破滅的で危険な力を持っているのかと『Showdown』を聴くたびに感動を覚えます。こういう❝危ない曲❞を今後ももっともっと聴きたいです！ Favorite track: Showdown.
